摘　　要：目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测了101例上皮性卵巢癌组织中和18例正常卵巢组织中HIF-1α的表达。结果卵巢癌组织中HIF-1α表达率较正常卵巢组织明显增高,P<0.05。在手术-病理分期的各期卵巢癌组织中HIF-1α均有阳性表达,各组间无统计学差异,P>0.05。在浆液性囊腺癌、粘液性囊腺癌、子宫内膜样癌和透明细胞癌中HIF-1α均有阳性表达,各组间无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论HIF-1α在上皮性卵巢癌组织中表达明显增高,提示HIF-1α可能成为一种新的上皮性卵巢癌的肿瘤标记物。Objective To study the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α（HIF-1α）in ovarian epithelial cancer and its biological significance. Methods The expression of HIF-1α was assayed by immunohistochemical technique in 101 ovarian epithelial cancer and 18 nonnal ovaries. Results The expression rate of HIF-1α in ovarian cancer was significantly higher titan that in normal ovaries, P 〈 0.05. HIF-1α was positive in all the stages of ovarian cancer, there was no difference among every stages, P 〉 0.05. Statistical analysis revealed that the expression of HIF-1α was not relation to tumor ]fistological subtypes, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion The expression rate of HIF-1α in ovarian epithelial cancer was significantly higher than that in normal ovaries, it may be used as a biological mark of ovarian epithelial cancer.
