摘 要:作动器的动态特性对主动振动控制的效果起着关键的影响作用。针对电磁作动器的频响特性进行研究,建立了典型线圈电磁作动器的力学模型,分析了不同负载时电磁作动器的频响特点。考虑电磁作动器与被控隔振系统的耦合影响,建立了电磁作动器的作动力与输入电压之间的频响函数,分析了反馈增益及被控系统参数对电磁作动器频响特性的影响规律。结果表明,加速度、速度和位移三个反馈增益分别影响作动器的高频、中低频和低频性能,被控系统的质量、阻尼和刚度主要影响作动器的高频、中高频和低频特性。为提高精密主动隔振系统的控制精度,应考虑作动器与被控系统的耦合影响。The frequency response characteristics of electromagnetic actuator were studied.The mechanical model of the classical coil electromagnetic actuator was setup,and its frequency response character under different loads was ana- lyzed.Considering the coupling effect between the electromagnetic actuator and the controlled system,the frequency re- sponse function of the actuator between output actuating force and input voltage was deduced.The influences of feedback gains and parameters of the controlled system on the frequency response of electromagnetic actuator were analysed.The re- sults indicate that the feedback gains of acceleration,velocity and displacement have effect on the property of the electro- magnetic actuator at high frequency,medium-low frequency and low frequency respectively,and the mass,damping and stiffness of the controlled system influence mainly on the performance of the actuator at high frequency,medium-high fre- quency and low frequency respectively.The coupling effect between the actuator and controlled system should be consid- ered in order to improve the control accuracy in the high precision active vibration isolation system.
