摘 要:以聚乙烯醇为原料,戊二醛作交联剂,采用悬浮聚合法制备球状交联聚乙烯醇颗粒。在球状聚乙烯醇表面通过活化接枝法引入了氨基酸功能基,制得具有抗生物侵蚀能力同时带有螯合重金属离子配位基团的高分子螯合剂。研究该功能化螯合剂对Pb2+的捕集机理,考察pH值、药剂投加量、处理时间等因素对捕集效果的影响。结果表明,当Pb2+初始浓度为50 mg/L、螯合剂投加量为0.8 g/L、接触时间为60 min,Pb2+在pH=7.0时的捕集效率达到最大(98%)。A novel macromolecule chelating agent, with the ability of chelating heavy ions and resisting bioerosion, was synthesized using polyvinyl alcohol beads and amino acid by activatingcoupling interaction. Several working parameters, such as pH, chelating agent dose, and reaction time, were studied in an attempt to achieve higher Pb^2+ removal efficiency. The experimental results reveal that the Pb^2+ in the aqueous phase is removed effectively. Under the conditions of an initial Pb^2+ concentration of 50 mg/L, chelating agent dose of 0.8g/L, and pH of 7.0, the Pb^2+ -removal efficiency reaches 98 % after 60 min reaction. Based these findings, a possible capture mechanism was proposed.
