摘　　要：新媒体艺术设计是信息技术快速发展和艺术相结合的产物,对其形式特征、美学理论和知识结构的研究是这个学科发展的重要环节。为了解决新媒体艺术设计面临的学科基础理论薄弱,产业发展瓶颈等问题,通过调研相关产业,分析最新的前沿研究成果,并结合长期实践,得出新媒体艺术设计只有解决好学科的传承与创新,以及人才的培养平台才能得到高效快速的发展。It is a symbol that information era coming with digital technology and internet developing, and the communication diffusing way has become all - wave from simple and unrelated situation. At the same time, the information being changed via letter, figure, sound, light and electricity mixed together were different from the beginning with letter and figure mixed. The dissemination of information media has come into digital media era, including internet, digital VCD and multimedia changed from the traditional paper, TV and radio style. The new media design is a new art design in accordance with modern times, which comes from information technology and art;nowadays it is a very important step to research its character and aesthetics.
