摘  要:圆棒铝锭锯切机是铝厂重要和关键设备之一,该类型设备过去主要依赖进口;为满足企业需要开发一种新型国产锯切机系统;该锯切机采用流水线工作模式:即上料装置可一次堆垛一批待加工圆棒铝锭,单根圆棒铝锭可依次通过辊道运送至锯切机的定长和压紧机构,由锯切机自动完成铝锭端头的锯切,而后加工好铝锭沿辊道输送至下料装置,再由捆绑装置打包,从而完成一个工作循环;由于该机工作流程较复杂,该锯切机采用SIEMENS S7-300PLC为控制核心。文中介绍和分析了该锯切机原理、构成和工艺流程,并给出了基于S7-300的圆棒铝锭锯切机控制系统结构图和程序流程图。实际使用效果表明该系统可靠性和自动化程度高。The aluminum cylindrical ingot sawing machine is one of the important and key equipments in an aluminum plant and in the past, most of the machines were imported form western countries. In order to meet the requirement of industries, it is necessary to develop a new type indigenous sawing machine system. This machine adopted the streamline work model, that is to say, the loading devices can stack a batch of the aluminum cylindrical ingots which will be processed and then one aluminum cylindrical ingot will be sent to the length determining and clamping mechanism by a roller transmission system, the sawing machine can saw the ends of the aluminum cylindrical ingot automatically, then the processed aluminum cylindrical ingot can be sent to the unloading devices by another roller transmission system, and at last, a bundling mechanism will package some ingots and one working cycle finished. The SIEMENS S7-300 PLC is used as the control core because the machine's technical flow is considerable complicated. The principle, composition and technical flow on the new sawing machine system were introduced and analyzed in this paper and the structure drawing and program flow chart for the sawing machine control system on the S7-300 PLC were provided here too. The real situation after the system running shows that the sawing machine system is with the high reliability and automation.
