摘　　要：为了提高锌合金产品质量,本文从产品实现过程的策划、生产准则的确定及工艺参数的监控三个方面阐述了加强质量控制的途径,并重点从锌合金配料、熔炼及浇注三道生产工序入手,分析了影响产品质量的各种因素,提出应在产品实现过程策划中考虑周详,制定的作业文件操作性强,工艺参数的监控合理、全面、严格,以提高质量控制的效果。In order to raise up the quality of zinc-alloy products, the paper describe the methods of strength quality control by the three fields of making policy decisions of realization process of the products, determination of production standard and monitoring of specifications and parameters, and analysis the whole factors of affecting the qualities of products, point out considering carfully during making policy decisions of realizing the products through processes of three steps of prepairation raw materials, smelting and casting of important zinc-alloy. The operating documents og edition are eazily operate, the specifications and parameters of monitoring are suitable ,overall and strict in order to raise up the results of quality control.
