摘　　要：交叉询问制度是源于英美法系的一项重要诉讼制度,是对抗式庭审的重要特征。交叉询问制度在微观和宏观两个方面有着积极的辩护价值。使交叉询问的作用能够得到有效的发挥的前提是必须有相应的规则配置并严格依照法定程序进行,由于我国的交叉询问制度还不完善,所以不仅要确立适当的交叉询问规则,还要加强对司法人员这方面能力的培训。Cross-examination system is an important lawsuit system originated from Anglo- American Law System,and it＇s a key character of adversary trial. It is of great positive defense value both in microscopic and macroscopic respects. The prerequisite of making use of cross - examination effectively is corresponding regulation deploy and to advance in accordance with legal proceedings strictly. Due to our country＇s imperfect cross-examination system,we should not only establish appropriate cross-examination principles, but also strengthen the training of judicial officials in this field.
