高校班级边缘群体人格特征的研究

摘　　要：本研究考察高校班级边缘群体的人格特征及其在不同纬度上所表现出的差异,研究结果显示:从整体来看,高校班级边缘群体人格特征在神经质水平和精神质水平上得分高于常模并存在显著差异,其负性人格特征比较凸显;从性别差异来看,班级边缘群体中女性内外倾水平上得分高于男性并存在显著的差异,在精神质水平上男性边缘群体分数高于女性并存在极其显著性差异;从生源地差异来看,班级边缘群体中农村学生在神经质、内外向性、精神质水平上都与城市学生存在显著差异。高校班级边缘群体大学生人格特征需修缮、健全。The study is seeing about the university outlying group＇s characters and the differences in different dimensionalities. The result shows： taken as a whole, the university outlying group＇s characters get higher score than norm in psychotropic character level and neurotic character level, and it has significant difference as well as its negativity personality characters are in evidence; taken as sex difference, female get higher score than male in the inside and outside incline level and there exist extreme differences while male get higher score than female on the psychotropic character level and there exist extreme differences; taken as student pool difference, in the group of outlying, there are extreme differences between the student in country and the student in city, such as psychotropic character, inside and outside incline level and neurotic character. Therefore, the university outlying group＇ s personality characters need to be renovated and improved.
