振兴东北地区信息资源管理平台构建之探讨

摘　　要：对于振兴东北地区的发展,信息起着至关重要的作用。通过对东北地区信息资源管理现状的分析,针对信息资源管理存在的问题,提出了构建信息资源管理平台的构想。Information plays a very important role for the revitalization and the development of the Northeast Region. Based on the analysis of the present situation of information resources management（ IRM ） northeast region and the problems in the information management, the paper puts up the idea of building the information management platform.
