摘 要:新建应用型本科院校由于办学历史不长,办学经验不足,在教学质量监控体系的构建方面还存在着诸多问题。如评价体系一味模仿、沿袭研究型高校,不符合应用型高校的办学定位;重视理论教学监控,实践教学质量标准广泛缺失;评教组织职责不明,监控效力较弱等。针对以上问题,应从以下五个方面采取应对策略:明确教学质量要求,优化人才培养方案;加大教学改革力度,架构课堂教学质量监控新体系;注重过程监控,改革考核方式;树立全面教学质量观,建立实践教学评价标准;明确监控实施主体,健全质量管理体制。Because of their short history and lack of management experience, the newly established colleges and universities of applied technology are faced with many problems in constructing systems to supervise and control their teaching quality. For example, the system of teaching quality evaluation simply copies that of research-oriented universities; more emphasis is put on the supervision of theoretical teaching while less or no emphasis on that of practical teaching ; there is no clear definition of the duties and responsibilities of the eval- uation organizations, and their supervision carries a little weight in reality. This paper suggests five strategies for the resolution of the aforementioned problems: clarifying the requirements for teaching quality and improving the talent-producing program; strengthening teaching reforms and constructing a new system to supervise and control in-class teaching quality; emphasizing process supervision and reforming methods of teaching and learning evaluation; developing an overall view of teaching and learning quality and establishing the standards for evaluating practical teaching; and clearly defining the supervision subject and improving the system of quality management.
