摘　　要："以人为本"具有多重人学意蕴。人的自我意识或主体意识,人的价值和人在社会历史发展中的主体地位与创造作用,决定了人在经济社会发展中的中心地位和核心作用;人的存在结构,决定了人与社会及宇宙、自然界的统一性及因果联系。坚持"以人为本",必须同时坚持人、自然和经济社会的全面、协调和可持续发展。＂People-oriented＂ implies multiple meanings. The main serf-consciousness or awareness of human values and human development in the social history of dominant position and leading role lead to social economic development centre and the core of the role of the existence of structure; the people community controls the universe, the unity of nature and causal link. Adhere to the ＂peo- ple-oriented＂, we must also adhere to coordination and sustainable development of human, nature and economic society.
