摘  要:磺酰脲类除草剂自诞生以来以高效、广谱、高选择性等特点得到了很广泛的应用。作为一种乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)的抑制剂而对哺乳动物的低毒性也使得其在未来仍将是除草剂研究的一个主要方向。本文概述了磺酰脲类除草剂的作用机理,我国目前的一些开发研究成果以及其环境中的行为。Sulfonylurea herbicides have been widely used in production by virtue of their extremely high effect, high selectivity and low cost. And their low poison against human and mammal will still make them the main research hotspot in the future. The article summarizes the current researches and studies of sulfonylurea herbicides, such as the action mechanism, their development situation in China and their behavior in environment. Compare with its widely use, studies on inhibitory mechanism of sulfonylurea to ALS (Acetolactate-synthase) were not widely conducted, and continually appearances of resistant weeds to this kind of herbicide makes it very necessary to make a clear understanding of the mechanism of inhibition. Some researchers, such as Pang S. S., Luke W. and Guddat, gave a relatively clear explanation of the 3-D structure of herbicide-ALS (Acetolactate-synthase) complex, which would be a key point to explain how the sulfonylurea herbicides are interacting with ALS to inhibit the activity of the enzyme. Development of two new sulfonylurea herbicides (monosulfuron and monosulfuron ester) was an important milestone in herbicide research in China. And further studies on sulfonylurea will bring even bigger contribution for the agricultural production.
