摘　　要：目的探讨颈阔肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损效果。方法采用颈阔肌皮瓣修复11例口腔癌患者术后所致软组织缺损。结果11例颈阔肌皮瓣全部成活,无1例发生全部或部分皮瓣坏死,患者获得满意的外观和功能。结论颈阔肌皮瓣在口腔颌面部软组织缺损的修复中具有很大的灵活性,且成活率高。Objective To study the effect of platysma myocutaneous flap on reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects. Methods Platysrna myocutaneous flaps was used to reconstruct the soft tissue defects in 11 patients after radical operation of oral cancer. Results All the 11 platysma myocutaneous flaps survived completely,without total or partial necrosis. The relative satisfactory appearances and functions were achieved in all patients. Conclusion The platysma myocutaneous flap is versatile in the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects with high survival rate.
