摘　　要：梯度理论作为一种区域经济发展理论,对高校发展战略的制订具有实践意义。鉴于院校的层类差异和区域差异,在技术开发、原创研究上往往存在较大差距,实施资源的梯度配置可以提高资源的使用效率,实现价值和效率的双赢。As a regional economic development theory, the Gradient Theory has practical significance on the development strategy of colleges and universities. In view of the level and regional differences, there is often a huge gap in technology development and original research. By the implementation of the gradient allocation of resources will make full use of the resources and realize a win-win situation of value and efficiency.
