摘　　要：目的建立肝泰片质量标准。方法对珠子草、甘草进行薄层鉴别研究，并用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定制剂中没食子酸的含量。结果薄层图谱斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。没食子酸在4．16～41．6μg浓度范围内与峰面积呈线性关系，平均回收率为100．31％，RSD为0．69％（n=5）。结论结果准确，重复性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Gantai tablets. Methods Phyllanthus niruri Linn and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae were identified with thin - layer chromatography. The content of gallic acid in Gantai tablets was determined by HPLC. Results Gallic acid had good linear relationship within the range of 4. 16 - 41.6 μg. The average recovery was 100.31% ,RSD =0.69%. Conclusion The results determined by the quality standard are accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Gantai tablets.
