高效液相色谱法同时测定珍菊降压滴丸中氢氯噻嗪和芦丁的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定珍菊降压滴丸中氢氯噻嗪和芦丁的定量测定方法。方法以Inertsil ODS-3（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）为固定相，以0．1％冰醋酸（用三乙胺调pH至4．0）-乙腈（80：20）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为270nm。结果氢氯噻嗪和芦丁的线性范围分别为6．25～100．08μg·ml^-1（r=0．9999）和25．97-399．60μg·ml^-1（r=0．9999），平均回收率分别为99．08％，97．25％。结论该法快速、准确，可同时测定珍菊降压滴丸中氢氯噻嗪和芦丁的含量。Objective To establish the method for determination of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin in Zhenjujiangya Dropping Pills by RP - HPLC. Methods The contents of hydrochlorothiazide and rutin were simultaneously determined by HPLC system using following conditions. The column was Inertsil ODS -3 （4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） , the mobile phase was 0.1% acetic acid （adjusted the mixture with triethyl aminum to pH 4.0 ） - acetonitrile（80： 20）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1 , the detection wavelength was at 270 nm. Results The linear response range was within 6.55 - 100.08 μg · ml^ - 1 for hydrochlorothiazide （ r = 0.999 9, n = 5 ） and 25.97 - 399.60 μg · ml^ - 1 for rutin （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 5 ）, respectively. The average recoveries of hydrochlo- rothiazide and rutin were 99.08% and 97.25% , respectively. Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination of the two constitutents in the compound dropping pills.
