摘  要:焊接电弧的电流或能量近零主要包括直流稳态近零和交流动态过零两种情况。列举了国外在该领域的多项研究成果,分析了焊接电弧近零时的工作特点。重点介绍了国内在该领域的近期研究进展,即基于ICCD光谱动态观测技术和时控—统计法,对交流动态电弧近零状态及过零过程中的物理过程进行了定量观测和研究,能够获得该状态下电弧电子数密度、氩原子激发温度动态变化的认识。Welding arc near zero-current includes AC dynamic arc near zero and DC stable arc near zero.Study on its physical process is quite significant to welding technology.Many research results in this field are listed and characteristics of welding arc near zero are analyzed in this paper.Emphatically the new development in this field is introduced,which is the dynamic observation technology and time-control and statistic-average method based on ICCD spectrum instrument.By this new technology and method,AC dynamic arc near and cross zero-current is observed and its electron density and Ar atom excitation temperature can be calculated. More research results can be expected in the future by this new technology and method.
