摘　　要：高校是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,科技工作和科技创新始终是现代大学的重要职能。近年来,我校按照科学发展观的要求,依托传统学科优势,强化人才队伍建设,着力构建良好的科技平台,不断推进科技创新,为促进地方经济社会发展,特别是振兴吉林老工业基地、解决"三农"问题发挥了积极的作用。Colleges and universities are one very importment part of country development system, and the work and development of science and technology are always importment function of modern university. In recent years, according to the requirement of science developing view, depending on the superiority of traditional subjects, our college strengthened the talent troops construction, put forth effort to structure better science and technology platform, continuously pushed on science and technology developing, and developed active actions in promoting regional economy society development, especially in promoting Jilin old industry base and solving ＂ Three Agriculture＂ questions.
