摘　　要：企业知识管理能力评价是对企业创造、获取和使用知识整体能力的度量和测评,是企业认识和了解自身知识管理水平,改善知识管理平台,加快知识创新步伐的重要策略和工具。从企业知识管理能力内涵的多维度、多层次的角度出发,构建了科学合理、全面客观的企业知识管理能力评价指标体系,并以模糊理论为基础,运用模糊综合评价法对具体企业的知识管理能力进行了评价分析,以期为企业知识管理者改善工作,正确指导企业知识管理的发展提供新的思路与途径。Appraisal of enterprise＇s knowledge managerial ability is to create, obtain and use the tolerance of the whole ability of knowledge and test and assess to enterprises, it is enterprises that know and understand the management level of one＇s own knowledge, improve the information management platform, accelerate paces important tactics and tool of the knowledge innovation. Proceed from multidimension degree of enterprise＇s knowledge managerial ability intension, multi-level angle, construct the enterprise knowledge managerial ability evaluation index system with rational, overall and objective science, based on fuzzy theory, use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation assessment to appraise and analyze to the knowledge managerial ability of concrete enterprises, regard one as administrator, knowledge of enterprise, improve, work, correct guidance enterprise development of information management offer new thinking and route.
