摘　　要：知识组织系统作为实现知识组织与知识服务的重要支撑工具,随着知识组织与知识服务研究的不断深入再度成为图书馆学/情报学领域的研究热点,医学领域也不例外。鉴于此,对医学领域知识组织系统的发展及应用现状进行回顾和阐述,希望对国内该领域知识组织系统的建设及应用研究起到积极的推动作用。With the ongoing in- depth studies in the fields of knowledge organization and services, Knowledge Organization Systems （KOS） which are important supporting tools for knowledge organization and services renewedly become hot spots, especially in medical informatics. In view of this, the paper reviews and describes the status quo of the development and application of Medical Knowledge Organization Systems, in order to play a positive role in promoting the construction and application research of domestic Medical Knowledge Organization Systems.
