和谐社会与生态文明建设的核心是世界观问题

摘　　要：在经过数十年世界性轰轰烈烈的环境危机和环境保护教育以后,今天,人类仍然面对着自然环境和人文环境的沉重灾难,究其原因,与把环境问题的产生和解决,当成一个方法论问题去研究和解决有很大关系。人类当前所遇到的环境问题,是一个世界观和人生观的问题。同样,社会主义和谐社会建设和生态文明建设,包括实践科学发展观,其核心也都是世界观问题。这些理念和行动纲领的实践,不是会不会的问题,而是愿不愿的问题。In spite of several decades of worldwide education on environmental crisis and protection, the world nowadays is still confronted with serious disasters of both natural and humanistic environment, which is mainly caused by taking the reason and resolution of environmental problems as an issue of methodology. The environmental problem, at present, is an issue of the outlook on world and life. And the world outlook is also the core issue of the construction of a harmonious socialist society and ecological civilization as well as the practice of the theory involving scientific outlook of development. The application of the theories and action programs is not a matter of ability to do it but that of willingness to do it.
