试论高校社团在学生综合素质培养中的利弊与对策

摘　　要：高校学生社团是实施素质教育的广阔平台和有效途径。同时在提高学生综合素质、引导学生融入社会、加强校园文化建设等方面发挥着重要作用。本文试从高校学生社团发展过程中分析其存在的利弊,并提出相应对策。Student associations are wide stage as well as effective channel to carry out quality education, at the same time, they play important role in improving the students＇ quality, guiding the students merging in the society and enhancing the culture of college. The essay is analyzing the pros and cons of the students association, and proposing some ways.
