摘　　要：在特许经营系统中,特许人对加盟费和特许权使用费的设计,是基于特许人与加盟商之间博弈的结果。在柯布-道格拉斯生产函数下的特许经营系统中,特许人对加盟费和特许权使用费的决策,与潜在加盟商的加盟决策和加盟商的资金投入决策相互影响。特许人可以通过对费用的合理设计,把不合格的潜在加盟商排除在特许经营系统之外,而使合格的潜在加盟商加盟特许经营系统,并与之取得双赢。In a franchise system,the designition of initial fee and royalty is based on the game of franchisor and franchisee.In a Cobb-Douglas product function＇s franchise system,franchisor＇s decision of initial fee and royalty,is influenced by and influencing potential franchisee＇s joining-in decision and franchisee＇s capital inputing decision.Franchisor can debar incompetent and attract competent potential franchisee by pefectly designition of fees,which can make franchisor and franchisee double win.
