摘　　要：随着时代的发展,以网络技术为核心的现代信息技术已渗透到教育活动的方方面面,给传统教育带来巨大冲击,传统教学模式正逐步向网络教学模式转型,教师不可选择地面临着角色的转换。就教师而言,从传统的知识传授者和灌输者的角色转变为学生学习的指导者、课程的开发者、群体的协作者、信息资源的设计者和查询者、学生的学术顾问等角色,在网络教学中发挥着引导学生的作用。Along with time development, seeped take the networking as the core modern information technology to the pedagogical activity aspects, brings the huge impact for the traditional education, Tradition educational model gradually to network educational model reforming, the teacher cannot choose the ground to be near the role transformation. Speaking of the teacher, Transforms the shepherd, the curriculum exploiter, community＇s roles and so on coadjutants, information resource designer and inquiry, student＇s academic consultant from the traditional knowledge initiator and the instilling into role who studies for the student, displays in the network teaching is guiding student＇s function.
