摘　　要：目的考察PVC输液袋对依诺沙星的吸附性。方法依诺沙星配成临床用输注浓度,测定不同时间流出液的峰面积,并与0时比较。结果PVC输液袋对依诺沙星的平均吸附率为1.75和2.00。结论PVC输液袋对依诺沙星的吸附作用不明显。Objective To investigate the absorbability of the PVC infusion sets to enoxacin. Methods Solution of enoxacin was prepared as peractual concentration needed by the clinic, with the peak area of the dripped solution determined at different timepoints and compared with that at Oh. Results In the end of infusion, the adsorption rate of PVC sets on enoxacin were 1.75% and 2.00%. Conclusion PVC infusion sets have no absorbability on enoxacin.
