安徽省农村育龄妇女产褥期卫生服务需求与利用分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解安徽省农村育龄妇女产褥期卫生服务需求及卫生服务利用情况,为日后改进公共卫生工作提供参考。[方法]采用方便整群抽样方法抽取安徽省1398名农村已婚育龄妇女,用结构化问卷进行入户调查。[结果]共收集有效问卷1221份,应答率为87.3%。产褥期患病率为60.51%,就诊率为32.3%,出现症状后3d内就诊比例为64.6%,就诊单位78.6%是村卫生室和乡镇卫生院,未就诊的首要原因是"认为没有必要看医生",占78.6%。[结论]产褥期患病率较高,就诊率较低的原因是大部分妇女认为"没有必要看医生",因此应加强育龄妇女特别是产褥期妇女的健康教育。同时就诊的患者大部分选择在村卫生室和乡镇卫生院就诊,提示应加强村、乡两级医疗机构的建设,合理配置卫生资源。[Objective ] To understand the needs and utilization of health service of rural married women in child-bearing age in Anhui province, so as to provide evidence for government to improve the public health service. [Methods] 1398 rural women in child-bearing age selected by convenient duster sampling were survey by trained interviews at the respondents＇ households by structured questionnaire. [ Results] A total of 1221 women were interviewed with the response rate of 87.3%. The sickness rate of the rural women in childbed was 60.51%, only 32.3% of women with symptoms had sought health service, 64.6% of them had sought health service in 3 days after feel.ling sick. 78.6% of the childbed women choosed to seek health service in village chnic and health center in town. 78.6% of non-users of health service thought it was unnecessary to consult a doctor. [ Conclusion] The sickness rate of the rural women in childbed was high, many of them thought it was unnecessary to consult a doctor. Thus, it was necessary to emphasize health education of rural women in childbed. At the same time, the majority of sick women ehoosed to seek health service in village clinic and health center in town, which indicated to improve the health service in countryside, and reasonable allocated the health resources.
