摘　　要：沈阳阳光100国际新城是一个特色鲜明的滨水楼盘,文章通过对其融汇中西"王城"的规划理念、与城市景观的完美结合、多元性社区文化的营造、因地制宜的景观营造和富于变化的建筑单体等多方面解读,对其多元性社区文化的形成进行了深入探讨。As a riverfront development with outstanding quality, Shenyang Sunshine 100 contains many unique characters. It takes oriental and western empire city as reference for planning to create multivariate community environment. Landscaping planning has been carefully concerned to fit local and surrounding urban circumstances. This article mainly focuses on these aspects relating to the creation of its variant types of building s and gave deeply discussion on the process for setting up its rich community culture.
