食管贲门癌合并糖尿病52例围手术期治疗体会

摘　　要：[目的]食管癌和贲门癌合并糖尿病患者手术及术后并发症有较方法。[方法]对52例食管癌和贲门癌合并糖尿病患者采用控制血糖结合手术切除肿瘤治疗。[结果]术后发生各种并发症8例,包括切口感染2例,颈部吻合口瘘2例,肺部炎症2例,心功能不全2例,乳糜胸1例(保守后治愈),无死亡。[结论]糖尿病引起代谢紊乱,易发生各种感染及愈合不良,使术后并发症发生率显著高于同期非糖尿病患者的术后并发症,说明糖尿病围手术期处理的重要性。[Objective] To explore a better method for the operation and complication of oseophagus cardia cancer combined with diabetes. [Method] Control blood sugar, combined with operation to remove tumor, to 52 cases of oseophagus cardia cancer combined with diabetes. [Result] 8 had post-operation complication, including cut infection 2 cases, neck anastomose fistula 2, lung inflammation 2, heart failure 2, chylothorax 1 （cured after preserving therapy）, no was dead. [Conclusion] Diabetes can cause disordered metabolism, easy for infections and bad cure, making post--operation complication rate markedly higher than that of the same kind of non--diabetes, showing the importance of dealing peri--operation period of diabetes.
