电针配合耳穴贴籽按压干预胃镜检查反应临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针配合耳穴贴籽按压控制胃镜检查中不良反应的临床效应。方法:将102例胃镜检查患者随机分为两组各51例。干预组采用检查前耳穴贴籽按压与检查中针刺内关、足三里穴并局部利多卡因药物麻醉相结合;对照组单纯采用口服利多卡因药物麻醉。检查结束后患者进行回顾性评价,根据视觉量表进行评分。结果:干预组患者胃镜检查中不适反应较对照组明显减少,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合耳穴贴籽按压能有效控制胃镜检查引起的不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of electric acupuncture and pressing seeds on ear acu-points on controlling the adverse effect during gastroscopy. Method： 102 cases were divided into two groups, 51 cases in each group. Pressing seeds on ear acupoints was given to the cases in the treatment group before gastros- copy, and needling Neiguan, Zusanlli and taking Lidocaine during gastroscopy in the treatment group as well. The cases in the control group took Lidocaine only. After gastroscopy retrospective evaluation was done and scoring ac- cording to optesthesia scale. Result： There was less unwell adverse during gastroscopy in the treatment group than in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Electric acupuncture and pressing seeds on ear acupoints can control adverse reaction during gastroscopy effectively.
