高职生心理健康与应对方式、一般自我效能感的关系研究

摘　　要：本研究采用问卷调查的方法对283名高职生的心理健康、应对方式和一般自我效能感进行了研究。结果表明,高职生的心理健康状况不容乐观,SCL-90的9个因子得分都高于国内青年常模。心理健康各因子与消极应对方式正相关,与积极应对方式和一般自我效能感负相关。一般自我效能感不仅直接影响心理健康,还通过应对方式这一中间变量来影响心理健康。Through questionnaires on 283 higher vocational school students,the essay studied on the rela- tionship among mental health, coping styles and general self-efficacy of higher vocational college students, and the results showed that, their mental health was significantly worse than the national youth norm on symptom checklist-90; the factors of mental health were positive with the negative coping style, but nega- tively correlated with the positive coping styles and general self-efficacy. General self-efficacy can also influence mental health through coping styles.
