摘　　要：国际交流合作是我国高校学习和借鉴国外先进经验和管理模式的重要方式,已成为我国高校高等教育国际化的一个重要标志。本文通过对江西高校国际交流合作项目的发展历程进行调查研究,分析了这些项目开展过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策与建议。International Exchange ＆ Cooperation is the important way of studying and profiting from the foreign advanced experience and management model for Chinese university, which has become an important symbol of higher education internationalization of Chinese university. This paper investigated and studied the development of Jiangxl umverslty international exchange ＆ cooperative projects, analyzed the related main problems, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion.
