摘 要:目的研制一种适用范围广、实用有效的新型腕式佩戴心脏监护装置。方法依据小波变换原理,采用有效的GPRS网络通讯报警功能和微系统集成技术,设计新型腕式佩戴心脏监护装置。结果病人可以脱离监护人员的视线自由活动,而不必担心出现危险。通过脉搏波分析,提高了血压测量的准确性。提供了模糊显示功能,实现了初步的医学诊断功能,实现了出汗监护,使功能更完善。结论该装置容易操作、成本低、可靠性高,在中国具有很大的应用潜力。Objective To develop a practical and effective wrist wearable heart monitoring device. Methods According to the wavelet transform principle,the GPRS network communication warning function and microsystem integration technique were adopted for designing the novel wrist wearable heart monitoring device. Results Wearing a small monitor on the wrist,the patients were allowed to move freely outside the visible range of nurse,in avoid of occurrence of events due to the reliable alarming capability via GPRS network. By pulse wave analysis, the mearsurement accuracy of blood pressure was improved. Some elementary diagnosis functions eg. sweating monitoring and corresponding fuzzy display were integrated in this system. Conclusion This monitoring device provides some advantages, eg. easy-to-use, lower-cost and high reliability, thus it has a great potential of application.
