摘 要:目的:研究山莨菪碱滴眼液对家兔眼睫状肌松弛和视网膜血流变化的作用,以探讨其防治近视的机制。方法:建立家兔离体睫状肌收缩模型,观察山莨菪碱滴眼液对乙酰胆碱诱导的收缩睫状肌的松弛作用;采用多普勒观察山莨菪碱滴眼液滴眼对家兔视网膜血流的影响。结果:山莨菪碱滴眼液对乙酰胆碱诱导的睫状肌收缩具有松弛作用;能够增加视网膜中央动脉收缩期和舒张期的血流,降低血管阻力指数。结论:山莨菪碱滴眼液通过松弛睫状肌,改善视网膜血循环发挥防治近视的作用。AIM: To discuss the effects of Anisodamine Eye Drops on ciliary muscle and blood flow of retinal artery in rabbits, and to investigate its mechanism of preventing myopia. METHODS: The effect of Anisodamine Eye Drops on ciliary muscle contraction induced by acetylcholine on rabbit ciliary muscle in vitro was studied, and its effect on rabbit retinal blood flow in vivo was observed in another experiment. RESULTS: Anisodamine Eye Drops produced a significant relaxing effect on ciliary muscle contraction induced by acetylcholine on rabbit ciliary muscle in vitro. It increased the peak systolic velocity, end diastolic velocity and decreased resistance index in rabbits. CONCLUSION : The mechanism of preventive and thera-peutic effects of Anisodamine Eye Drops on myopia is based on ciliary muscle relaxation and retinal blood circulation promotion.
