摘　　要：角膜热烧伤是平时和战时常见的眼外伤,由于角膜损伤大多较为严重,治疗较为棘手,若治疗不当,预后不良。近年研究表明,药物治疗的优势体现于角膜深层结构受损前,手术治疗的优势则体现于角膜即将穿孔和穿孔后。本文拟就本病近年药物治疗和手术治疗的有关研究进展进行综述。The corneal thermal burn is a common eye injury in peacetime and wartime, as the most serious corneal damage,it＇s treatment is difficult,and it will lead to a poor prognosis without being treated properly. In rencent years research shows that the advantage of the drugs treatment reflects before the deep structure＇s damage of cornea , and the advantage of the surgeries treatment embodies in the forthcoming perforation and perforation of cornea. Both drugs and surgeries treatment＇s study progress in recent years is summarized below.
