胰十二指肠切除术中胃肠道仿真重建方法的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价胃肠道仿真重建方法在胰十二指肠切除术中应用的合理性。方法:回顾性分析我院1990年7至2006年12月期间实施胰十二指肠切除术胃肠道仿真重建的23例壶腹周围癌患者的临床资料。结果:患者均顺利完成胃肠道仿真重建,无手术死亡病例,胰漏发生率4·35%(1/23),通过保守治疗痊愈。结论:胃肠道仿真重建接近原始的消化道排列方式,符合生理状态,是胰十二指肠术中的一种安全的消化道重建方法。Objective：To evaluate the rationale of the imitation reconstruction of gastrointestinal tract in pancreatoduodenectomy.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 23 cases of periampullary carcinoma who accepted the imitation of gastrointestinal tract in pancreatoduodenectomy from July 1990 to December 2006.Results：All of the patients accepted the imitation reconstruction of gastrointestinal tract successfully,and no death had taken place.One case（1/23,4.35%）showed pancreatic leakage from the anastomotic site,and recovered through conserrative treatment.Conclusion：The imitation reconstruction of gastrointestinal tract in pancreatoduodenectomy was in accordance with the original digestive tract.It was a valuable operative technique for patients with periampullary carcinoma.
