pS2蛋白和Ki-67在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨雌激素诱导蛋白pS2和增殖细胞核抗原Ki-67在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系。方法:采用免疫组化S-P法检测20例正常增生期子宫内膜、30例非典型增生、75例子宫内膜癌组织中pS2、Ki-67的表达。结果:pS2在正常增生期子宫内膜中不表达,在非典型增生和子宫内膜癌中表达分别为60·00%和76·00%,两两比较有显著性差异(P<0·05)。Ki-67在正常增生期子宫内膜仅有少量表达,在内膜非典型增生和子宫内膜癌中表达分别为33·33%和77·33%,两两比较均有显著差异(P<0·05)。pS2的表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级、临床分期、肌层浸润深度、淋巴转移有关(P<0·05),但与分化程度无关(P>0·05)。Ki-67的表达与分化程度、组织分级、临床分期、肌层浸润深度、淋巴转移均有关(P<0·05)。在内膜癌组织中pS2与Ki-67的表达呈负相关r=-0·763(P<0·05)。结论:pS2和Ki-67表达与子宫内膜癌的发病机制有关,并与其预后有关,可作为判断内膜癌预后的指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of estrogen induced protein pS2 and proliferation antigen Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma and their relationship between clinical pathology.Methods：Expression of pS2 and Ki-67 were detected in 20 normal endometrium,30 atypical hyperplasia and 75 endometrial carcinoma,using immunohistochemical S-P assay.Results：pS2 was rarely expressed in normal endometrium while its expression rate in atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma was 60.00% and 76.00% respectively which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.The expression of Ki-67 was similar to pS2,whose expression in atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma was 33.33% and 77.33%,showing significant differ-ence （P〈0.05）.The expression of pS2 was related to histological grading,clinical stage,muscle invasion and lymphatic metastasis,but was not related to differentiated degree（P〉0.05）.The expression of Ki-67 was related to all things mentioned above （P〈0.05）.In endometrial carcinoma,pS2 and Ki-67 showed negative correlation.Conclusion：The expression of pS2 and Ki-67 were related to genesis and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma can be used as indicators for it.
