摘 要:Her-2受体己成为一些恶性肿瘤的重要生物靶标,在恶性肿瘤的生物行为中发挥重要作用。其过度表达可能与肿瘤的放射抗拒密切相关.因此抗Her-2受体抗体可能具有放射增敏作用。抗Her-2受体抗体结合放射治疗可能为肿瘤治疗开辟新的道路。Her-2 receptor has already been identified as one of the most important biological markers of some malignant tumors, and also plays an important role in the biological behavior of those tumor cells. The over-expression of Her-2 receptor is associated with radioresistance of various tumor cells, and thus an antibody to Her-2/neu receptor can probably function as a radiosensitizer. In this review, we summarized some advances in the molecular mechanism and clinical aspects of the relationship between Her-2 and cellular radiosensitivity.
