异位嗜铬细胞瘤7例的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨异位嗜铬细胞瘤的诊断和治疗方法,提高对该病的认识水平。材料与方法:本文回顾性分析了我科2000年1月到2008年1月收治的7例异位嗜铬细胞瘤患者的临床资料。所有患者均行手术治疗,其中,有2例为恶性。结论:本研究说明血肾上腺素与去甲肾上腺素升高对于诊断本病具有很高的价值,而定位主要依赖于B超,CT与MRI,而良恶性主要取决于有无转移灶。Objective：To investigate the diagnosis and management of ectopic pheochromocytoma.Material and Methods：7 cases of ectopic pheochromocytoma were analysed retrospectively.All patients were treated with surgery and proved to be ectopic pheochromocytoma,2 case was malignancy.Conclusions：It was indicated that the measurement of blood catecholamines may be valuable for diagnosis,and the localization of tumor mostly depended on B ultrasonography,CT and MRI.Whether the tumor was benign or malignant depended on the metastasis.
