摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织中胸苷磷酸化酶(TP)的表达和微血管生成及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取子宫内膜癌石蜡标本37例,不典型增生子宫内膜标本10例,正常子宫内膜标本18例作为对照组。采用SP免疫组织化学法检测组织中TP表达;用Ⅷ因子相关抗原(ⅧR:Ag)多克隆抗体计数组织内的微血管密度(MVD)。结果不典型增生和子宫内膜癌组TP以间质及间质和腺体同时表达为主,阳性率为80%(8/10)和94.6%(35/37)。不典型增生组MVD较正常内膜组MVD高,但明显较内膜癌组低。子宫内膜癌TP表达及MVD均与临床病理特征相关。结论TP在子宫内膜癌中高表达,其表达率与肌层浸润和组织学分级等临床病理因素相关。Objective To study the expression of thymidine phosphorylase （TP） in endometrial carcinoma and angiogenesis and its correlation with clinicopathologic features. Methods The specimens were taken from 37 patients with endometrial carcimona（group E）, 10 cases with atypical hyperplasia（group A） and 18 cases with normal endometrium （group N） . The expression of TP and microvessel density （MVD）in cancer tissues were assessed by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rates of TP expression were 80% in stroma and 94.6% in stroma and adenocyte mainly. MVD was significantly higher in group A than that in group N, but lower than that in group E. TP expression and MVD were correlated with some clinicopathologic features. Conclusion TP is overexpressed in endometrial carcinoma, which is correlated with clinicopathologic features and histological type.
