摘  要:支架类铸钢件在生产过程中存在气缩孔和呛火,且工艺出品率低,芯子成本高。通过调整浇注系统,合理放置冒口和布置型板,不仅解决了支架类铸钢件的气缩孔和呛火问题,而且将工艺出品率提高了19%。通过重新设计2#芯子的工艺,将原来的自硬砂芯改为油砂芯,节约了芯子成本。The defects of blowhole shrinkage and boiling often occurr in the production of cast steel bracket, and the process yield is low, the core cost is high. By adjusting the gating system, namely, optimizing the position of the riser and the mold plate arrangement, the blowhole shrinkage and boiling defects were eliminated, and the process yield had a 19% increase. The core cost was decreased by redesigning No. 2 core and changing the no-bake sand core to oil sand core.
