摘  要:为了研究酵母培养物对泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛生产性能及乳品质的影响,探讨酵母培养物在改良饲料风味、提高奶产量与乳品质方面的应用效果,本试验选取20头体况接近的奶牛配对分成两组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组用1.38%酵母培养物替代等量精料,预试期9d,正试期30d,测定试验组与对照组的采食量、产奶量及乳品质变化情况。结果表明:奶牛日粮中添加酵母培养物30d后采食量、乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率、非脂固形物和乳密度分别提高了2.90%、0.61%、0.66%、1.25%、0.80%和2.69%(P>0.05),标准乳产量显著提高了3.70%(P<0.05)。奶牛日粮中添加酵母培养物对促进奶牛采食及泌乳效果明显,能一定程度提高泌乳奶牛的生产效益。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of yeast culture on growth performance and milk quality of the period of lactation of Holstein dairy cow.Twenty healthy and similar body condition cows were divided into. two groups in pair.The control group was fed with basal diets,the trail group was fed with diet replaced 1.38 % the concentrate in basal diet with yeast culture.The feeding trial lasted for 39 days with 9 pre-feeding days and 30 trial days.Feed intake,milk yield and milk quality of the control and trail group were determined.The results showed that:after 30 d,feed intake ,milk fat percentage ,milk protein rate ,lactose rate ,non-fat solids and density of trail group were increased by 2.90 % ,0.61% ,0.66 %, 1.25 %,0.80 % and 2.69 % than those of control group respectively (P 〉 0.05), FCM production significantly increased 3.70 % (P 〈 0.05).It concluded that the application of 1.38 % yeast culture in diet of dairy, cattle had good effects in promoting feed intake and improving milk quality.
