摘　　要：先进的信息技术和海量的教育资源为实现高效率的学习提供了可能。高校现代学习中心应以建构主义学习理论为指导,充分利用海量的教育资源,运用先进的信息技术,进行科学设计、合理建设、人性化管理,视学生为中心,以学生的学习为中心,全面支持学生进行高效的意义建构,从而促进有效学习。Advanced information technology and mass education resources make high-efficiency study possible. Guided by the Constmctivist Learning Theory, we should make full use of massive education resources and advanced information technology, design scientifically, construct reasonability, and manage humanly. Therefore, the university modem learning centers can support efficient construction and promote effective learning.
