摘　　要：依托国家高职院校示范项目建设平台,在充分考虑示范建设项目特色的前提下,通过科学分析主客观环境,建立有效的绩效管理体系。进行制定绩效目标、实施绩效考核、考核反馈及持续改进的闭环式绩效管理,达到高质量完成示范建设任务,全面提升建设院校管理水平的目的。Depends on the platform of demonstrative project of national Highly occupation colleges , Considerate its characteristic and analysis the hosty objective environment Scientifically, Establishe the effective achievements management system.. Carries the task on the formulateing achievements goal,Implementating inspection. Result feedback.
