摘  要:目的:研究长年长跑锻炼对老年人心理健康的影响。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对坚持长跑锻炼的老年人进行抽样调查。结果:坚持长跑锻炼老年人的各因子总体分数适中,在性别方面存在一定的差异;就该群体总体而言,各因子均分显著低于常模,其心理健康水平高于同龄普通常人。结论:长年长跑锻炼有助于增进老年人的心理健康。To study the effects of agelong long - distance running on mental health of elder people. Using SCL - 90 to sample the elder people who doing agelong long - distance running. The result shows that general score of each factor is moderate in the elder people who persisting in long - distance running, and whose characters are dif-ferent a little; to sample general, each average score of faetors are lower than norm model, and the level of mental health are higher than normal people, agelong long - distance running exercise is helpful for enhancing mental health in the elder people.
