摘　　要：针对电机定子浸漆生产线的现状,开发了基于三菱PLC的电机定子浸漆监控系统,该系统解决了目前电机定子生产线生产定子过程中出现的信息孤岛问题。详细介绍了该控制系统的控制方案。给出了上位机和下位机的具体设计原则。该系统投运结果表明,达到了规定的设计性能指标和要求,且运行稳定。According to the the current situation of Motor-stator Dipped Lacquer Product Line, we design a control system of Motor-stator Dipped Lacquer based on MITSUBISHI PLC, which can satisfactorily resolve the ＂information island＂ problems. The concrete automation control project is introduced, in details. And the design role is presented about the system. At last, the results of operation show that the control system has achieved the performances and satisfied the demands of factory, and it works steadily.
