摘　　要：不同时期有不同的发展观。发展观规范着成人教育发展,成人教育发展是发展观的发展体现。在对发展观进行历史检视的基础上,进而分析发展观与成人教育发展的关系,从发展观的角度即从发展指导思想、发展目的和发展动力方面对成人教育发展本质进行反思。Different outlooks on development exist at different periods. The development of adult education is abided by the outlook on development and mirroring the outlook on development. Relations between the outlook on development and the development of adult education is analyzed on the basis of that the outlook on development has been examined historically. At the same time, the essence of development of adult education is reflected in view of the outlook on development, which are the guideline of development, the aim of development and the power of development.
