高等教育资源配置效率与公平分析

摘　　要：现行的高等教育财政资源分配方式看似是效率优先,兼顾公平,实则效率较低,有失公平。欲使这种状况有所改善,引入市场机制也许是一种不错的选择。The existing system of finance resources allocation for higher education in China is taking the policy of ＂efficiency priority by taking account of fairness＂ .In fact,both the efficiency and fairness is very difficult to guarantee. In order to change this status,it is a good choice to introduce market mechanism.
