摘　　要：目的了解综合性医院护士身心健康状况,为提高护士身心健康水平和护理工作质量提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法,对某三级甲等综合性医院的488名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士普遍存在饮食习惯及结构不合理,夜班时进餐无规律、睡眠质量较低等现象,护士的体能及健康状况欠佳,普遍存在焦虑及抑郁倾向。结论护理管理者应关注护士的身心健康,创造条件改善其饮食、睡眠状况,减轻其职业压力,保持其良好的心理状态。Objective To investigate nurses＇physical and mental health conditions in general hospitals, and thereby to provide reference for the improvement of nurses＇ health and quality of nursing. Method A convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 488 nurses in a general hospital. Results The physical and mental health conditions among the nurses in this study were poor, especially in eating habits, diet structure, and sleeping quality. Most of them showed anxiety and depression emotions. Conclusion The nursing managers should pay close attention to nurses＇ physical and mental health and take measures to improve nurses＇ sleeping quality and relieve their occupational pressure, and maintain good mental state.
