摘　　要：目的：建立柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中羟脯氨酸含量的方法。方法：采用C18色谱柱（5μm，250mm×4．6mm），二元梯度洗脱，在检测波长为254nm，柱温为38％下检测。结果：羟脯氨酸在5．0～100mg／L范围内线性良好，回收率为96．1％～103．9％，相对标准偏差为4．01％，检测限为0．75mg／L。结论：本法操作简便，准确可靠，为质量监控提供了参考。Objective：To establish an assay method for hydroxyproline in health foods with pre -column derivatization by reversedphase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods：Hydroxyproline was determined by using C18 column （5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm） at 38 ℃, gradient elution and UV detector at a wavelength of 254 nm. Results：The linearity of hydroxyproline was good in the range of 10 - 100 mg/L The recovery of the method was 96. 1% -103.9% and relative standard deviation （RSD） was 4. 01%. The detection limit was 0. 75 mg/L Conclusion：The method is accurate, reliable and easy to be operated. It can provide reference for quality control.
