摘　　要：文章通过介绍滨湖新城明珠广场住宅小区的基础设计,阐明了在一定的土质条件下,结合上部结构形式,采用桩筏基础,能充分发挥桩和筏在土层中的承载能力,最大限度地节约基础造价和缩短工期。Through the introduction to the foundation design of Lakeside Pearl Residence, this paper proposes that under certain soil condition and upper structural form, the application of piled raft foundation can put the bearing capacity of pile and raft into full play and can save foundation cost and shorten construction period to the most extent.
